Dr. Wagner is a Preceptor on Social Studies and the Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies for First Years and Sophomores. She is a political theorist whose research focuses on legal and non-legal exercises of power and the boundaries of modern selfhood. Wagner earned a PhD from UC Berkeley in Political Science, an MSc from London School of Economics in Political Theory, and a BA from Tufts in Philosophy &amp; Political Science. She has two current book projects, *Laws Living and Armed: The Legal and Political Theory of Thomas Hobbes*, and *How to Be a Person*.
