When I first came to Harvard, I was a Computer Science concentrator... a lot has changed since then! My interests coming into college were broad and have only deepened since then, spanning  ethics, data science, theories of knowledge, and law. Social Studies has provided me the perfect opportunity to combine my interests; with a focus field in Data Ethics and Digital Epistemologies, I have been able to pursue my passions. At the same time, Social Studies provides a cohesive structure to bring together my academic questions, such that I can ask what our obligations are to digital knowledge communities or how technology complicates traditional political and moral questions.
